


Location:
Kibaale Community Schools are situated in the village of Kibaale, Rakai District in south-east Uganda near the Tanzanian border.
School information:
The schools have been providing education to orphans and needy children since early 1993. They currently serve over 800 students from nursery though high school. The high school offer an extensive vocational program.
Building applied for:
Application has been made to Classrooms for Africa for a grant to help fund the construction of two classrooms, a storage room and small office for the vocational students. The building will be undertaken by a team of local builders who have had extensive experience building in the area.
Cost:
An estimated $17,500 will be needed for project.
Disbursements:
Funds will be disbursed through Classrooms for Africa's representatives in Uganda who will monitor the project and provides updates.

Waiting for final approval and funds.
